Overall a positive experience purchasing our first vehicle from a used dealer.
Note to buyers: Get an independent pre-purchase inspection!
We were assured the vehicle was in great working condition, only for our mechanic to find a major repair (cracked exhaust manifold) after listening to the car for 5 seconds.
Thankfully, Andreas and the Premier Auto team compensated us a portion of the bill (about 40%) as an apology for the inconvenience.
Learnt our lesson!

I was surprised, and skeptical, to read the review in which the poster claimed to have been charged for work not done. Ive used Ralphs for over 30 years, and my parents for longer than that, and their work is top of the line. The prices are a bit steep, but, hey--one gets what one pays for. I unreservedly recommend this business to anyone who needs leather goods, and/or shoes and boots repaired.

My child attended both years of preschool with Brainbridge. The teachers are caring, patient, wise and full of compassion. They are also extremely hard working. Their collective motivation is to give these children a good solid foundation to start their life. My daughter has learned respect, courtesy, manners, sharing and caring as well as reading, math and a second language. I highly recommend this school as an academic and fine arts school for children.

Always a pleasure to GO TO THE DENTIST. Dr. Pessinis is kind and very understanding. He takes time to assess and ask questions. He is thorough and provides advise and recommendations. There is no pressure and he encourages educating his patients on their specific needs. The office staff are considerate of time and schedules when booking and you can see they enjoy working there. Could not find the model of my cooktop to replace a part. Went to the Vancouver location of Reliable Parts and Frank spent ten minutes looking for the model and found it online ordered the part and picked it up the next day.
