I’ve lived here for quite some time and have seen steady improvements under new management. The building is cleaner, well maintained, and common areas are regularly taken care of. The staff are approachable, professional, and responsive to concerns. Maintenance issues are handled more efficiently and communication has improved. I’ve never experienced pest issues or anything unusual in my unit. It has been a positive experience, and I appreciate the ongoing effort from management and staff.
