I was nervous at first, but I called EasyDNA and Patricia was very helpful both over the phone and via emails. Anytime I had questions or needed direction, they responded immediately. The package came with clear, detailed instructions that were easy to follow. And once we received the results they came with a full explanation and, again, detailed results explained clearly and easy to understand. I’m very pleased with out overall experience. Before getting my teeth whitened professionally, I had tried doing it at home with whitening toothpaste or special kits. My experience at Rosedale Family Dental Clinic was outstanding from the time I arrived to the time I left. From the moment I first walked into the office I was amazed by how warm and inviting the office space was. It did not have the cold, sterile environment I had experienced at other dental offices. I knew right away that this was not going to be a typical dental appointment. I instantly felt comfortable and at ease.
Rosedale Family Dental Care is definitely my new choice for all of my future dental procedures. The overall feel of the office was nice and inviting. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and to answer my questions. Dr. Archer was professional and very friendly.
