I needed to replace a non-working gas fireplace in my basement. I called 7 stores and visited 3 showrooms. In the end, I selected Hearth and Home. They were awesome! They explained things clearly and patiently (I knew nothing about fireplaces) and answered all my questions (even the silly ones). They made sensible recommendations. Our latest adventure to best buy took us on a new computer hunt. As of a few days ago our computer took its final resting place.
