We had all windows replaced with triple pane NorthStar WIndows. Rob and his team did a great job! In two situations during the install they took the high road to ensure complete satisfaction. It is nice to support a local family business.

I call at 9-am, got prices right away, then by email confirmation within 10 minutes, went down to meet their graphic designer, finished the whole promotion design within 2 hours, left with 100 fresh posters, and and came back the next day to pick up 10,000, bur deiced to have them taking care of the distribution. 5 days later, phone started to ring!! I used to spend big dollars and waste 4 weeks and come and go, but this the only solution for organized, smart and busy people.

In the Cedarview Square mall on Strandherd Drive in Barrrhaven. Lots of parking. The mall has everything from a bank and restaurants to a wellness and fitness center.
Excelling in customer service, the staff are very product-knowledgeable and helpful. If you're not sure what premium food or treat to feed your dog, they will recommend a product suited to your dog based on it's health and lifestyle. They gladly provide you with food samples to try out and garantee their food products.
The store alone is beautifully decorated and colorful. It's an experience to simply visit it.

The guys working here are very honest. It's a refreshing change from what I'm used to - previously needing to do my research so I don't get taken advantage of at other repair shops. I have had such positive experiences with my vehicles - & was reasonably charged - that I've recommended their shop to neighbours and friends.
