So excited to have a new roof! Cory and his team did an amazing job, with great attention to detail, quality workmanship, thorough descriptions of the process, and fair and upfront pricing. I had a lovely old Antique Secretary Desk which wouldn't unlock. Went to the Royal Lock business where everyone was so helpful and nice. Russel came today and fixed my problem and I couldn't be happier. Would highly recommend Royal Lock for all your lock problems.

The man that runs this shop is amazing! Went there to fix my 9 year old's flat tire and he was very nice and went above and beyond even putting a rubber seal band before her new tube! I recommend this shop to anyone with bicycle needs!

Old fashioned awesome customer service! They tested my batteries and rather than sell me new ones they pointed out that I hadn’t cleaned my posts they said they were in good shape! No charge. Definitely the place to go for exceptional customer service!
