Food was reasonably good, but nothing to rave about or complain about either. Portion sizes were a little large. We were on the patio which was fine, but the chairs were back-breakingingly awful and the patio and tables sort of gave the impression that things weren't all that clean. Wait staff was reasonably attentive but not overly friendly. The overall impression was one of a cramped, crowded space both inside and on the patio -too bad they couldn't expand their space.

We’ve been going to this restaurant for years. The quality and quality of the food is excellent, and the prices are very reasonable. It is a family oriented restaurant where kids are welcome which is nice. And this from a senior senior. And the owner is environmentally aware, and has made changes to reduce the use of plastic before many others; and is respectful of his staff and so closes every year over the holiday period so staff can be with their family. A great restaurant in so many ways!

I've never written a review (and we enjoy our dinners out at various restaurants), but this place really deserves one! My husband and I drive from Pickering to have dinner here and it's always worth the drive! The ambience, service and food are all amazing! My favourite dish is the Arctic Char - it's so good that even my husband ordered it once (he's not one to order fish for dinner). He's stated that the lamb is the best he's ever had. Franc and his staff at Posticino always make our dining experience a memorable one!

The foccacia bread was delicious. They brought us extra when ours was gone. The decor is calming even when the restaurant is packed. Please make a reservation! The restaurant is very small with about 12 tables. Pasta sauce was great, and I am a very fussy sauce person. Husband loved the vodka tomato bacon pasta dish. Can't wait to go back!

a must try!
I work right near this place and go almost once a week for take-out. however if you eat IN it is quite a value - i bet you don't eat it all and take some home, and the price is fantastic. $10 lunch for a gyro dinner including greek salad and garlic bread.
just fantastic - have been going for about 2 years (since a retirement dinner i was invited to) and will continue to!

Had an amazing experience last nite with a group of friends ! We enjoy the food ( fried calamari ) best I ever tried in gta area ... the stuff was very friendly , excellent food and the view it’s spectacular . Can’t wait to go back! I wish Toronto will have more restaurants like this one !

Im not sure why the negative reviews. Its an italian restaurant why are you ordering steak and fries?? Their pastas are outstanding, the wood oven pizza is outstanding, the place is always busy or was at least before covid and Peroni on tap is great. Good espresso, good dessert the Nutella Pizza is sooo good. Its small, close quarters and certainly not private in any way, but thats what I like. Ive been going for years and will continue to do so once covid is finished.

I dont understand what the negative reviews are about. Each time I go to this place I get exactly what I want, amazing food and great service. This is one of the few restaurants I visit all the time, bring all my friends to because this is what real italian food tastes like.
