When I was in trouble with Revenue Canada & I was unable to repay them, Mr. West was there to help me. I tried several other trustees but they did not have the quality of service Mr. West offered! He was very reassuring & knowledgeable on how to get my finances back in order. Kudos to the guys at Cartridge World today! Their selfless service today really blew me away. I walked in ready to buy two cartridge refills. They tested both of the old cartridges, and one of them was still full!. Then they asked me how long the used cartridge had lasted, and convinced me that I didn't need to buy a spare one at all. So they convinced me to walk out without paying a cent! Unbelievable customer service! So great!
