These folks have been in business for a long time and with good reason. They have excellent sales staff who are not pushy but very knowledgeable. We ordered a chair custom made in Toronto (Yay: Canadian made) and have been told that when it is ready, if we don't like it, we don't have to pay for it. They deliver for free.
