I took my mother-in-law to see Radka, who is my mother's longtime hairdresser. Radka was very helpful and took the time to explain options, etc. She helped choose the right colour, and also gave her a lovely cut that made her feel like a million dollars. Today I had another usual visit from the electricians at Townsend Electric -- the usual expert, careful, detail-oriented service (instills my confidence), the usual professional practices (timely arrival, clean-up), the usual safety advice of relevance to my situation, the usual friendly interactions.
