I have used Friends Auto for all my auto repair needs for three years. Over these three years I have needed them for a variety of repairs: A/C actuator replacement, O2 sensors, brakes, new plugs, and moonroof motor replacement.
I appreciate their honesty and professional knowledge. They have always diagnosed the issue correctly the first time, and thoroughly explain the planned repair (and quote) before starting repair work.

One word: WOW. If I could give more stars, I would. I am very particular about who touches my car, and how they do their work (I keep a watchful eye over people). Needless to say I'm not very trusting of every mechanic or any person in the auto industry. Every single person who touched my car, did so with care. Derek and his team did an AMAZING job, and know what they're doing. They did an excellent job washing my car at the end. 10/10 I would recommend them. Honest and Professional Service!
