Walked us through the process and fees (that were already made clear by customer service rep). He was in and out in no time while doing a quality job. This was my first time visiting this location. Sam was helping me, I got gel nails and arm wax, this was the fist time that I felt welcomed at the nail spa...and I have been getting my nails done often. Usually no one knows how to smile and make people comfortable. Thank you Sam for excellent customer service and taking good care of my nails. I also feel bad for the other three ladies being bullied by someone that obviously had a bad day and definitely tying to make everyone elses misserable.

Amazing service. The guy was super friendly and was able to find an old key model. He was super knowledgeable and was clearly very experienced as he knew the exact key right off the bat. He helped me out of a real pickle and were really understanding as I ranted about my situation. Their prices are super fair and they work extremely fast.
