Called and Spoke to Ali regarding a broken screen in my Apple 13" Air Laptop. Very friendly on the phone, he had the part to replace the screen and his price was very reasonable compared to several other quotes i had. He was willing to wait and have me bring it over that evening before he left. He estimated the repair to take 2 days. Repair was completed as he said and wanted me to check it over before i paid him. Riteway has done a couple of repairs on my truck, initially damaged on the driver’s side door and then a year later when the paint from that repair started to peel after a car wash. The repair was done under warranty in a timely manner and returned to me on the promised date. A rental car was organized with drop off & pick up arrangements that suited my complicated schedule. Everybody was helpful and friendly and went out of their way to make things work. Now, several years later, all looks good
