I highly recommend Steve Bucher. He is a kind, conscientious, hard working person. He works hard to get the best deal for your circumstances.. I was in a tough situation but he worked on it until it worked for all parties involved.

One usually does not go to a hospital to be entertained. Couple of days ago I had hernia surgery. Met everyone involved on a first name basis and shared quite a few laughs. The Surgeon, Dr Kanji, greeted me like I was his long lost friend. OR staff, awesome but lights out. In recovery Armand (SN) excellent funny and courteous. I would love to write more space will not allow. RIH should be proud to have all of you on their staff. You are caring with only the patients best interest at heart. Thank
