Exceptional customer service! Very efficient and helpful. Was able to get in to get my winter tires on and off during peak season when everywhere else was a two week wait! We blew a tire in Kamloops, our lock lug nut key was stripped and we couldn���t get anyone to come help us replace our spare. Phil went above and beyond to help us out. When he didn���t have the part needed to take the locked lug nut off he knew someone who did. He made sure our spare tire was full of air and called around at the end of the day to make sure we could get our tire replaced before continuing on our vacation. He made a crappy situation better. We are so grateful for all his help!
