I'm taking the time to write this because I think excellent service and business practices should be acknowledged. I purchased a mattress on sale at this location and I absolutely cannot fault any aspect of the whole transaction, beginning and ending with the salesperson, Patience. She went out of her way including on her days off to assist us and follow up the purchase, and the whole organization seems to be well-run in terms of how sales are handled and followed up. Very impressed.

I visited the Brick Outlet in Scarborough and Abdul was my sales associate. He was very helpful from the time I entered until my product was delivered. He followed up every step of the way. We required a new bedroom suite. We went to Arrow on Kennedy.The sales colleague there, JENNIFER, directed us to the area to browse. She was able to direct us to a suite we might have missed that checked all our boxes. She answered our questions and supplied us with all the info we required. The sale as well as the delivery went without problems and completed in a timely manner. We appreciated her call after delivery to ensure we were happy with the outcome. THANK YOU JENNIFER!
