Had several great experiences at this store. Sales rep Adam Bryan was extremely helpful in selecting and ordering our appliances and making sure everything was correct. The store manager, Syed, went out of his way to assist us when the pandemic caused delays in appliances due to chip shortages. Would highly recommend this store.

Very pleased with our experience shopping at the Brick in Belleville Ontario. Our sales associate Corrie was very friendly and helpful. She helped us order all the products we were looking for and made the shopping experience very pleasant. She explained how all the warranties worked and went out of her way to make sure we were able to purchase all the products we wanted. I would definitely shop there again and I would ask for her.

Worked with Gurpreet who helped us find the perfect love seat and at a great deal! She is personable, very knowledgeable, had great suggestions -- she very patient with me!! She is very open and listens carefully to what you want. I highly recommend that you ask for Gurpreet if you go to Sunridge The Brick!!

I am from Windsor Ontario but only shop through Tara At the Collingwood store. Amazing personality and makes the best of every interaction. When something is good, don’t change it. That’s why the Collingwood store gets my business. I have purchased several times through Tara and love each one of them. Never an issue. Recently shopped at this store for some furniture items and happen to meet with sales person Renu there. She was very helpful and had full knowledge about furniture and other items in the store. She has very good communication skills, friendly and she made us feel very special. Took time in understanding our needs and then was very patient while we were making decision She never pushed or rushed us to complete the purchase. She was very profession and wonderful to deal with. Amazing!
