The owner was extremely polite,knowlegable, and helped me through this traumatic experience. They also dealt with insurance company for me. Everyone I've interacted with at Woodfield Auto has been really trustworthy, friendly, and honest. I always leave with the sense that they genuinely care about the cars they work on (and the customers who drive them!), rather than the manipulative nickel-and-diming I've experienced at bigger auto service chains.
