I took my non-functioning phone in today after spending hours trying to restore it myself. A very helpful gal worked on it while I enjoyed a coffee at Starbucks. When I went to pick up the phone, (which has worked perfectly since), she charged me nothing. So appreciative of the excellent customer service. I’ve been a long time TELUS/Koodo customer and today convinced me that I will continue being a customer. Thank you!

Updated review: After Pen Hi-tech responded to my review I called as requested. Spoke with Ali who offered to replace battery. Dealing with Ali was a much better experience than who I had previously dealt with. I have a different battery and I am satisfied. When I replace my TabA battery I will go back to PHT. I would recommend this business.
