This jewellery store is by far a gem in Mississauga. Just want to say thank you! for the honest and transparent service provided. This small, privately owned, establishment just off the DVP on Sheppard Ave was by far one of the most memorable places I have had the pleasure to do business with. The moment I set foot in here, I wasn't hounded by a salesman. I was instead greeted with an open-minded individual, offered me a cold beverage and asked that I take a few moments to review their extensive showroom.
The fascinating thing about this showroom is that the rings were not behind a glass box, they were in the open for us to actually experience, try on, and compare multiple styles of rings. There was so many options, I had to bring my fiance along to help pick a ring that was unique to her desires.
Once we had a design in mind, we were brought into an office with a consultant who gave us a full one-on-one session teaching us everything there is to know when picking out the most appropriate diamond for the ring and hand size. Cut, Clarity, Color and Carat Size were described in more detail than any other establishment I dealt with in my search. This consultation was completely not a push-and-shove or Buy it now! experience like I have had at various Large Box stores which will remain nameless. It was a simple conversation and a no pressure environment. They didn't need to try to sell to me, the focus was purely on the informative and rewarding information that was shared.

We got a beautiful diamond ring plus a full tennis set. Faranak helped us a lot she is very knowledgable about diamonds and explains different types of diamonds with variety of examples. The service is great and definitely recemmended. Honest, helpful with reasonable value.
