I was in Feb 21/18 and had the best service!! I walked in and was greeted by a friendly fellow who then showed me to what I was looking for. At check out, the cashier explained the new bring-in container program, which is a great idea! Both store staff that I dealt with were very friendly!! This is customer service at its best!

Great little shop with all kind of neat stuff in a small but very well utilized space. They do have a fabulous selection of tarot cards and self-help books. Store always smells so nice with incense and soft music playing. Good vibe and friendly people.

I had to be admitted into emergency for severe pain only to have emergency surgery performed by Dr Eeson. He told me exactly what was gong on and in perfect detail what was going to transpire. With all the Covid and all my allergic matters to medications and drugs, he was amazing! If I could add stars to the ratings they would infinite. Wonderful bedside manner and truly caring!

I am so happy I found this shop. I came with a heavy duty canvas to repair it concerned it could be to difficult to fix it. They did an excellent job, and as it was promised right on next day.

The craft beer selection here is OUTSTANDING! They had some very very hard to find beers. The have also decided to display them at the correct temps which I've never seen done anywhere before. Had a great time trying to decide, but staff super helpful! Thanks

02-20-2018 To say that hearing aids have positively impacted my life in every way would be a gross understatement and to say that my experience with Okanagan Hearing Center has been highly rewarding would be an even greater understatement. I phoned three local sign shops, Jafa was the first to respond. Even though their price was slightly higher I know I made the right choice. Great service and was really surprised how professional the designs looked and were presented. Easy to talk to as well.
The second sign shop went off about their business issues and the third didn't respond.
