I had a package shipped up to me, and I ended up putting in the wrong postal code. Tracking it online told me Vernon. Calling around to both post offices in Vernon, and several in Kelowna (because my address was a Kelowna one) didn't give me any helpful information. I called this office once, and they took my number and ended up finding it for me later that day and calling me. Super helpful staff, and I'm tempted to just order to Armstrong all the time for the service alone.

If you want a wilderness experience this is the place. The air is unbelievable. The cabins are rustic but cozy. Lots of forest roads to ride bikes or quads. Love it up there

I took an important 16 year olds birthday card to the post office a week ago, and Liz put it through the test slot and it went through. It got returned today (her birthday is tomorrow) saying there wasn't enough postage on it. Liz immediately took responsibility for the mistake and insisted on paying for an express mail. I’m still stunned about the compassion Liz and the staff have at Salmon Arm post office.

Fantastic, the Curves Coaches are very knowledgeable and well trained. The gym was immaculate and easy to understand the fitness routine... there is always a Coach available to assist in the circuit... and they have classes!! Low impact things like yoga and balance, body specific training for arms/core/legs and higher intensity workouts that include cardio, boxing and HIIT!! A gym for all women of all abilities... you are welcomed and feel supported when surrounded with like minded-women...Home
