This is my third and last attempt to use YP to submit a review and YP itself deserves a 1. As for Vail's contrary to previous reviews by others, my recent experience was very positive. Parking lot and inside of premises were well maintained, counter service both when cleaning was dropped off and picked up was prompt, courteous, and efficient. As well my dry-cleaning was ready when promised. I rate 4.5 - one small negative is that they don't take credit cards.

I've been doing business with this company for about 5 years. Never a problem. It's hard to give a full 5/5 recommendation to any place, but.. Honest Safety Inspections, A quality of work I've come to trust, and a price that I never feel taken advantage of. (Which is a lot more than I can say for many auto shops I've dealt with over the years)

They did everything wanted for half the cost we would have expected to pay.They were very professional,reliable,honest,a rare find today!They took the extra time with me to explain how to clean and maintain an antique I had inquired about. I highly recommend John Duprey and his team for top-notch construction methods and concern for the environment. John and his team recently completed some complicated renovations in the basement rec room, originally fashioned more than 50 years ago (house is >100 years old). They also built a replacement lattice panel fence, with special top trim and an angled gate, along an L-shaped section of asphalt driveway. Areas where they were working were well-protected from plaster dust, debris and dirt.
