I had two trailer hitches installed, one for a Tesla Model S and one for a Subaru WRX. I was particularly impressed with how well they put a 1 1/4" hitch on the Tesla. Other installers in the city were reluctant to take it on and were quoting me high prices because of the anticipated labour charge but U-Haul had specific instructions for this hitch and a cost that was lower than I was quoted elsewhere. Note that I went for a traditional hitch instead of an Eco Hidden Hitch.

Where others have given me brief, vague advice and more/less brushed me off, Steve dived in and explained all the nuts and bolts, and was very generous with his time. i found the people very helpfull and understanding there was a mixup in my script with my son of the same name and when descovered the fix was quick and prof. I'm now retired, but when I was working, Basin (now Denis) was our office's go-to stationery supplier. Always efficient, always accommodating, and always with a huge variety of best quality office supplies. Super fast service too, and even last-minute needs were handled in a highly professional manner. Nice as well to deal with a local stationer, and one which has been around a long time. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
