This is a nice little clinic just outside of the downtown bustle. Dr. Nichol has been very helpful and the staff are nice. Overall, the place has a very clean look and feel. Like all medical clinics, the wait can be a bit of a bore, but it's nothing unreasonable. Women looking for paps often need to book weeks in advance, so keep this in mind. :)

I've been participating in group training with Mark at Core Focus for over a year and have lost 45 pounds so far and gained multiple positive health and fitness results. Group training is fun, positive, and the group members are supportive of each other. Mark is a great trainer - he challenges, makes group classes interesting and interactive - he is personable and gives one-on-one attention and assessments to each participant. I am a different person and I couldn't have gotten here without Mark!

Always courteous, always willing to closely listen and add remarks that fit the situation, and even told me there was no problems with my car when I went there for a tuneup. Just adjusted one little thing and sent me on my way. Budget Brake and Muffler is an excellent place for your car for any issues and I���ve been going there while living in Coquitlam and now Maple Ridge for 12 years.

When we bought the furniture from Techno (which was several years ago), we were only a small representative office.Since then, Techno is our furniture provider and helped a lot when we set up our existing office with nearly a hundred workstations. We followed Dr. Jeremy Chung from North Vancouver to Burnaby because he is such an excellent dentist. All crown work is done to perfection and Dr. Chung went out of his way many times to accommodate family members. We highly recommend him.

I took my very neglected ( not by me ) 2008 Dodge Charger SRT8 to Vince and asked him to restore it mechanically to its former glory so to speak .Stating at the front working to the back and then top to bottom he identified and repaired all that was wrong while the whole time staying in contact with me explaining fully what was needed and why. This guy is the most easy going ,honest individual I have ever had the pleasure of giving my business to,I never write reviews but felt I had to this time
