We recently had our laptop crash and they were so knowledgable, professional, and helpful in getting us back on track. As owners of a small company, we could not afford a lot of down time without a laptop. They gave us an amazing price on a new laptop and loaded the external hardrive onto it. Then when I had issues with printer install - they logged in wirelessly and did it for me ! Less than half hour - IN AND OUT !! AMAZING AMAZING

Rob Lavalley is excellent. Extremely good at assessing and diagnosing. Spends the time and truly cares about you. I am a nurse myself and spent 4 months recovering from a leg fracture/surgery. There were so many days when I thought I was doing poorly/was discouraged and was given motivation and encouragement to continue. Have seen for elbow, back, knee, and lower leg/ankle. Complete recovery (exceeded expectations) and can't say enough!
