There is no pressure and he encourages educating his patients on their specific needs. The office staff are considerate of time and schedules when booking and you can see they enjoy working there. Never had any problems with this place. They're helpful and make sure you have the right component, prices are great and you get what you want quickly. I haven't tried their online ordering but it's very easy to get to their store - right behind the Ikea off of Knight St.

Very friendly but always "professional". I've been using his services for many years now and his numbers they are always dead on, I have never had any issues with Revenue Canada since I use him for my taxes. I highly recommend him !!!
