It's unfortunate that the previous reviewer had a bad experience with this business, as ours was completely the opposite.
Firstly, the shop on Lakeshore Rd is completely accessible to those with mobility issues, as other computer places in the area are not. The owner of the business made a house call, took care of our technology problems, was generous with his time and charged us very reasonably. We will definitely use them again. Great for older folks frustrated with their computer equipment!

Took my parents computer to the Upper Wentworth location in Hamilton and the technician - Andrew was extremely helpful and downloaded a new internet browser which solved the problem on the computer. Andrew was very helpful, understanding and very efficient at fixing the problem. My parents are grateful that he fixed their computer at the same time I walked into the store and for no charge. I will definitely recommend this store to everyone. Thank you Andrew!

I have enjoyed my dealings with the owner. He knows his stuff and has fixed both my computers and cell phones. I have found him to be honest, knowledgeable, and fair. Currently, in London with a dead cell phone will be in to seem him soon as I cant think of anyone else I would sooner deal with.

Second visit and received the same excellent service as the first. I had a Pioneer 4220 stereo installed to replace the factory model within 2 hours and at a more than reasonable price and installed professionally. Kudos !

Outstanding friendly and professional customer service and product knowledge! I first went to BBR to visit their free turntable clinic with an old turntable that I had. The technician was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and was able to make some repairs and adjustments to my turntable. When it was finally time for an upgrade, I knew exactly where I wanted to go. Sam went above and beyond to help me out with my new turntable purchase. I would recommend BBR to anyone!

I have a 7 month old Toshiba Satellite Laptop that started making allot of noise. Turned out the heatsink fan was malfunctioning and needed to be replaced. Toshiba told me in order to have it covered under the warranty I'd have to mail the unit to Markham. This is my business machine so I couldn't be without it for several weeks or more. I found Audcomp and they saved the day. The ordered the replacement parts and fixed my laptop in just a couple of hours. They're professional, courteous, and did a fantastic job. I highly recommend this company!!!

AMAZING service! they recovered my data for 80% less than what I was quoted by geeksquad... My external hard drive stopped working and I had a lot of important data on it as I am a professor at Ryerson and had all my students assignments on it so naturally I panic and called best buy (worst decision ever), they told me my drive was totally dead and it would cost $1650 - $2000 for the recovery. I did a search and found these guys for a second opinion, when i brought it in they quoted me $350 WOW.

The manager Tommy was really friendly and helpful. I brought my vinyl player and speaker equipment a couple of days ago and he took the time to show me all the cord options for the cord I was looking for. I'm not tech savvy at all so shopping for tech equipment and parts are challenging for me lol! I'm definitely going back again because he really made it easy for me.

BOTTOM LINE: Tech geek's dream. This place has the best components at the lowest prices in the city , and their "customer service" is the best.
This is the only store I go to for computer equipment simply because it has the best selection of quality components at the best prices.I heard they have another location in Mississauga, but its Main location on Gerrard has been their largest and carries the most wide range of electronic products.
