Advance reminders of appointments, no waiting. free parking out front, captioned television viewing available during sessions. Virtually painless treatment, always top notch results (what I like best of course) . Friendly and cordial staff.

From the moment I walked in I was treated with genuine care and warmth. Although I had several eye exams in the last 20 years, this is the first time that I felt how every single little detail was addressed. Laurie Robyn, Richmond hair stylist, recently did my husband's and my hair. The cuts were stylish and she did what we asked. My color was done correctly, no reds that don't belong on my brown hair. The salon was friendly, easy parking and we could avoid traffic because of its location at Blundell and Garden City. She is also very flexible with booking a time. My husband liked his haircut. I would recommend this shop and Laurie for a quality hair color and cut.

I was a patient of Dr. Nguyen. He saved my life by diagnosing malignant melanoma at an early stage. I went to him to have some moles removed. He ignored these moles and did a thorough scan of my body with a magnifying glass. He zeroed in on two small black moles no bigger than the head of a pin. He muttered, “this doesn’t look good”, and did an immediate biopsy. Two days later he called me in to say that the biopsy was positive for a particularly aggressive form of melanoma.
