There is a good reason that there is a "MISTER" in front of his name : he is no ordinary plumber ! Prompt, polite, professional ... I could say that he is also pretty, but that doesn't matter - even though he wears his pants properly ! My toilet was clogged ... I called MISTER PLUMBER late in the evening on Saturday ... he came right away with a fair and reasonable price, quickly solving the problem, and leaving without leaving behind a mess : now MISTER, that's a PLUMBER !

We are 100% satisfied with our bathroom renovations for better accessibility and a a laundry closet on same floor again for same reason. Brian was extremely helpful in all requirements and we were kept informed at every stage. The construction men Travis & Bob arrived on time and cleaned up each day. My wife and I were guests in September 2016 at the Park inn (Radisson) in Mississauga. After showering I grabbed a towel and it has been the best towel I have ever used, it was soft and very absorbent. I have been wanting towels like these for years and have not found one in any hotel or retail store in my 30 years of travelling on the road.
I told my wife right away to take a snapshot of the label on the towels so I can look into purchasing some for our home. The towels are from HYC Design.

We called Marc on a Saturday morning with a clogged kitchen sink drain, which proved to be more involed than you might think. Marc arrived about 30 minutes after we called. Very good at what he does and very pleasant to deal with. He did an excellent job at a fair price. Will use him again and would recomend him to others

We are very, very pleased with the final bathroom. Overall the project went smooth with little delay or issues. These guys are super friendly, clean and did an amazing job. Exceptional Customer service, from the 1st phone call with Barb, to scheduling the job and its completion. Customers should expect this type of service, but Steve & his entire team actually exceeded our expectations. The installation and hook ups of a new fridge, dishwasher & gas stove were all completed on the same day, in a very fast and efficient manner by their service technician.
