I look after a retirement home and turn arounds could happen at anytime within days. Ian and his team are always there for us to meet our deadlines, and most often with a little time to spare. My family and I recently had to make a decision to purchase a new furnace for our home. After a small amount of research it was clear to us who we would hire to install the new furnace. I had all of the windows in my house replaced by Kempenfelt Windows. I was impressed off the bat when the President of the company came to give me the initial quote. He was upfront with me when recommending which windows were in dire need of being replaced, and which would make do for a few more years. He didn't put any pressure on me to buy from Kempenfelt Windows, rather just gave me the facts and answered my questions. I couldn't be happier with my decision to have Kempenfelt replace my windows. The windows themselves are perfect, helping to keep my energy costs down (and the aesthetic of the house up!). The installation team was professional, courteous, and perhaps most importantly, clean. We would highly recommend Mark of MAC Stewart Plumbing to all our family, friends and acqaintances and to anyone reading this review. We had an emergency early morning in the country and despite this Mark responded immediately. He had all the necessary materials which were of the highest quality yet very reasonable in price.
