I went to Downtown Digital because my ipod classic headphone jack was broken. Apple no longer makes these products anymore and no longer services them, This was sad news to me because I depend on my ipod for holding all my music where I go, something I really value. I remembered Jason from Neteffect who now works at Downtown digital. He was able to fix both of my ipods for their broken headphone jack and replaced a battery for a very reasonable price.
