I will agree that the wait times can be pretty long, especially during weekends and peak hours. However, in my experience, I have been here a number of times, and seen a variety of doctors and have been quite pleased with all of them, (and that is quite a compliment from me). Compared to other clinics I have been to around Sherwood Park, I will keep coming back to Rexall Medicenter.

I've noticed a drastic improvement in their customer service ...in hindsight I can only assume that the grouchy pharmacist was understaffed and overworked. Its been exceptional customer service for quite some time now, and I recommend this pharmacy without hesitation!

I couldn't disagree with Ricky more. Perhaps things have changed over the past three or so years, but all staff at this Recall are always courteous and the pharmacy staff especially are not only friendly but extremely knowledgable.
I've never had to wait an undue amount for a prescription to be filled, and I've never been treated less than exceptionally well.
(And no, I don't work there nor do I personally know anyone who does. It's simply a well-run business).
