I dealt with a gentleman by the name of Octavio ( I apologize if I spelled that incorrectly!) Wednesday evening at Rogers Polo Park. I was upgrading my cell and he was extremely helpful and very courteous! I was going in expecting to pay a lot more than what I did. He went out of his way to offer a plan to benefit me and to actually save me money when purchasing my new phone. There are not many companies that will do that for a customer nowadays. Have only had positive experiences. Front staff has been very kind and organized, and Dr. Gendy really feels like he has an interest in medicine and patient care, preferring to cover one issue per visit, which has not been a problem for me as he is easy to get appointment's with at this time.

Lori and Kim are absolutely amazing instructors who have definitely inspired me to think about this as a serious career for myself. The course was so incredibly fast paced, but with their help, I went from installing 9 lashes in 1.5 hours to over 60 lashes in 2.5 hours by the end of the 2 day course. I totally recommend this course for anyone! I cant wait to move onto the next courses!
