I was greeted by very friendly and knowledgeable staff, even though I didnt really know what I needed they were able to guide me through the whole process, from fist call to wrap up, these guys were professional and prompt. Special shout out to the owner who called me back personally to make sure I got exactly what I needed.

I called on Friday to book an appt. for next week for my non-emergency issue. I have a 2nd bathroom & thought that Ye Olde may be busy with other calls. The lady was really helpful & not knowing what the day would bring, offered to call me next week & discuss appt. times. Later that day, Ali showed up & asked if today would be okay & it was.
