Part way through the week long ENDURrun 160KM stage race this past summer I started battling back spasms along with the distance. The pain was impairing my breathing and freedom of motion. After each stage, and in the one off day, Dr. Colin worked on my back to ensure I was ready for the next race day. i not only completed my fastest ENDURrun but ended it with a personal best marathon time to finish the week. I continued with a few more weeks of treatment, with both Colin and Dr. Erika the naturopath, which put an end to the spasms and let me enjoy the rest of my ultra racing season pain free. The staff are wonderful and take care of their customers. A wide selection of plants that are healthy and well grown, my favourite place to shop for irises and other plants. I recommend this nursery and will shop there again.

I used Mike the Mover to move my dad to a retirement home. They were very experienced, efficient and friendly. Good, honest guy who founded this one. Worked with his wife Isabel for many years, so know them to be good people. I ended up going with another roofer instead back in the 80s & sorely regretted that decision - I got what I paid for & it ended up in court. What a mess.
