The longest wait I've had at this location was 10 minutes. It was lunchtime on a Friday, and five customers walked in, while the phones were ringing.
They quickly adjusted and got everyone out of there and they were all friendly about it. This is by far my favourite car rental company, because I actually feel valued as a customer.

Now open in Nepean!! 43 Roydon Place (next to Merivale Costco) Who knew that a person, looking to buy a mattress, can walk into a store at 2 pm and have it delivered to the guest bedroom by 7:15 pm the SAME day?! Cam greeted me as I came into the Roydon location and walked me through the many options available. One stop shopping even mattress cover and sheets.
