Amazing customer service. Everyone I talked to was very friendly and willing to go out of their way to make sure I got my order. When I couldnt find time to go down to the store and pick up my order, Graham dropped it off at my door that same afternoon for only a few extra dollars.

I have had Freeman providing me orthotics since introduced by DrBob Stalker, one of Halifaxs leading sports medicine experts. Freeman is a very dedicated long distance runner himself and appreciates first hand the importance of orthotics.
