Tarun was great to work with and made the transaction easy for us – even at a distance (Our HQ is in MTL). Tarun always responded within minutes to any inquiries ; even in the evening and on weekends. He was able to propose various buildings that were within our guidelines and visited them with us. He negotiated favorable terms for us and dealt constantly with the landlord. He prides himself on quick responses, accuracy, and attention to detail from initial contact throughout the process. I called for info on a hot tub cover and was greeted with excellent customer service. Even though their product was not what I needed (we have a lower end used hot tub) Mike was so helpful in helping me know what to look for when purchasing a cover. Honest, helpful and overall just a great demeanor. I highly recommend Sweet Pete's. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive to detail. I recently rented a bike from Sweet Pete's so I could join the local group rides. The staff set me up with a sweet ride that was just the right size for me, and included a saddle bag and flat kit. I noticed that Sweet Pete's has a high tech Retul lab, which is perfect for any cyclist looking to dial in their positioning.

We had our water heater break and start leaking in the basement. We called this tankless company and they had a guy out to give us a quote within a few hours. We decided to go ahead with the installation and they prioritized us as we had no hot water. Within 36 hours we had a new tankless water heater installed. We have only been using the system for a few weeks now but it seem the exact same as the old water heater. We have yet to receive a gas bill so cant comment on energy savings yet.
