I've used this business on a few occasions over the years found the people that work there be straight forward and honest as to what they feel is the problem your having and what needs to be done and what don't that's the nice part plus pretty reasonable I would recommend this company no problem.

Great shopping experience with Sofix! I bought a sofa set and a massage chair — both are excellent value for money. The quality is impressive, and they look great too. They also offered free delivery, which was a big plus. Special thanks to Ray from customer service — he was very attentive and helpful throughout the whole process. The transition has been quite seamless from Protelec to api. I recently had a service call by api to replace two obsolete smoke detectors and at the same time the battery was changed in my control panel with a full system check. As good as ProTelec was for more than 30 years, these elements should have been changed out long ago. This work was initiated by api. The service tech was on time, very courteous and competent. Overall I was quite pleased with my first real interaction with api Alarms.

First time experience at this store was absolutely amazing. I went there to have a custom made 22 carat Kara. Could not possibly be happier with the end result. the service was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Additionally the moral values held by the staff made me feel very comfortable, were on par with mine, and very much appreciated. Delivery was exactly as promised. We just had a very positive experience with Tyler at Jansen Pump. He replaced the pill in our septic tank and advised us on an update for our pump. A big thank you to Memory Express who spent 2 hours finding all the pictures I deleted and downloading them into another file. I expected a big bill but didn't get one.
