I have been a loyal Cool-It customer for nearly 10 years. I am a long haul trucker. I am really impressed with my no-idle HVAC unit. It keeps my truck cool in the summer and warm all winter. I don't idle my engine when it's on so it saves on gas ($) and it's environmentally friendly (zero emissions). Best part is I got a low interest Eco-loan on the purchase from VanCity Credit Union. Keep on truckin' and enjoy the ride!

Great price on bbq propane tank and it's good for 9 more years!!! Friendly service and easy to find. I'll definitely go back for more propane tanks...already recommended my parents to pick one up there as theirs expired too!!

Discovered this shop because it is close to home and have been very happy I did. Amin has been so great with both our cars, and very honest. I can always trust his opinions and judgement. I highly recommend Amin, he has a friendly personality and is easy to talk to, as well as very knowledgeable. He discovered & fixed a problem that I had asked two other shops and they had no clue. I have heard he also has a couple other locations as well.

Had a leaky tire this morning. My first call was to Kal Tire, and they told me to drop off the vehicle for the day and come back in the late afternoon. This wasnt an option for me.
Then called OK Tire and had a most pleasant fellow tell me to come on down and theyll get it fixed up right away. They sure did! 10 mins in and out and super friendly, helpful service. They saved the day!! Mostly the day before a long weekend. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I cannot speak for the sales team years ago, when my son and I wanted to buy a new 2018 Escape and was on the car lot and nobody paid us any attention for over 30 minutes. So we went to Key West Ford and bought a new Escape days later. However, the service department at Westcoast is unmatched with high quality reliable staff and we've gone there for years.
