We were recommended to speak with Kathy at Jencor Mortgage from our realtor. This was our first mortgage and we were not really sure what we were suppose to do or what we needed to qualify - she was great about walking us through everything (even over the phone) and it really helped us figure out what would be workable for us. They also continue to check in with us every few months to see how everything is going and if we had any further questions. Great people to work with.

Thank You Chris for coming out over the highway on one of the worst days of this prolonged winter season. Your knowledge and skill saved our basement from flooding not to mention the cost to our water bill. Sorry your socks got soaked. We did not realize our hot water heater was under water as well but your expertise to the rescue again and using a wet/dry vacuum to clear out the water that had extinguished the flame within the heater. My prescription was complicated, involving prisms (fresnel lenses) and my opthortists handwritten notes were difficult to understand. Jackie and Chantelle of Pearl Vision Sunridge wanted to ensure they were following his notes precisely. They got me an immediate walk-in appointment with the optometrist next door! I love the way the Sunridge eye clinic and Pearl Vision work so closely together. I picked up my prism readers today and they are perfect! Chantelle and Jackie even remembered me!

March 2016.Went here today to scrap a bunch of copper wire.
Emily at the office was more than helpful.
Scrap price was $2.05/lb for bare bright stripped
And $1.65 for #2 bare striped.
We had weighed it out before we went at 160lbs,and turned out there was actually 170lbs.

I took my wife there on our anniversary, in advance i had let them know about the occasion and to start they offered us complimentary champaine and a free desert. The food was great, i had a steak that was cooked perfectly and my wife had the scallops and shrimp. The wine was amazing and the service even better. We will go back again

As a customer of Rogers, my wife sought assistance from a Customer Rep Mr. Balraj, who truly went out of his way to assist her with a problem regarding her phone. Not only did he fix the problem but gave her advice regarding another issue that required a third-party intervention. Thank you for hiring such a convenient employee.

Myself, my husband and our 3 kids went to a competitors bank branch in Airdrie with money in hand to open up savings accounts for each of my kids. Unfortunately, we were told that without an appointment, they couldn't help us out or open new account for us. We left, disappointed, and decided to drop by the Royal Bank branch on main street in Airdrie to see if they could fit us in. While they were extremely busy with many customers in line, a wonderful account manager came and helped us, fit us in right away, and spent an hour with us opening accounts for my kids. She even made the experience fun for them! I was totally impressed. We are transferring all our accounts to this branch. Can't speak highly enough of them.
