Thermostat decided to malfunction this morning as sometimes happens. Aries immediately sent their repair specialist Brandon to replace (under warranty). From call to fix was less than an hour. Outstanding service. Thank you Brandon and Jill!

Not sure what the other reviewer is referring to I had a great experience with them and they were nice and very helpful. You shouldn't judge a company by one person that probably doesn't work there anymore.

I telephoned Furnace Family and this morning and I was able to make an appointment this afternoon. Our plumber was Kevin who was very friendly and explained the problem well. He was able to correct the problem very quickly. As it turned out it was a minor problem -- nothing major!! Thank you Kevin. If we have any more problems with plumbing or with our furnace, we will use this company again.
