I have bought 2 new furnaces, one for a rental property and am very pleased. When my own furnace died I received 3 heaters on loan to use rather than sleep in a cold house. Any phone calls I have made were answered or called back very soon.

Although scheduling the work to be done took awhile - they were very busy - once a date was chosen, they got there promptly and completed the required work as well as quickly filing paperwork with ESA on my behalf. I really appreciate Jean who handled the issue my mom had with her acreage home. I called to get some clarity on behalf of my elderly mother. Jean took the time to look into the matter after we talked on the phone. She called me back an hour later and had the matter sorted and had already set a solution in motion. I had a very good experience with the team from Klimit Mechanical, I recently had a Lifebreath HRV installed. Doug came to my house and explained the options removing the old unit and installing a new unit. Once the unit was in, a two man team installed the unit and installed a new main control with new timers. They explained how the unit works and returned to adjust a timer to make sure I was happy.
