I called Doyle with a sewage pump issue and I ended up having them fix a pipe under my kitchen sink & having them replace a pressure tank and pressure pump that was sounding like it was on it's last legs. The men were very knowledgeable & were very helpful with cleaning up the pipes in the room where the pressure tank was.
They were very tidy *& polite & will always call Doyle for future plumbing issues. I also like when they have someone call you before showing up. Excellent service

Dustin and Jeff were awesome to work with! We had two other local plumbers in already and they either said certain jobs werent worth their time, gave us bad advice, or they did not finish the job as promised. Dustin took every tiny job we had and did it all amazingly well. Fast and friendly service and a high level of professionalism. Dustin even took the time to show me how to trouble shoot any issues we might face. I loved working with them and will always use EJ Mack for any plumbing jobs.

Simply amazing. I frantically called on Monday morning after running the cisterns from my gravity-fed well completely dry from watering the grass (little did I know it was about to rain). Steward arrived a few short hours later, fixed it in a jiffy and adjusted my pump for better water pressure. He was amazing. As was the gentlemen who took my call, since he was very knowledgable and knew just what needed to happen. I will never call anyone else.

We recently updated our bathroom and checked the Yellow Pages for plumbers in the area. We received quotes from three, but went with "Below The Rim" as he seemed very knowledgeable and offered many suggestions; plus his pricing was very affordable.
It seems like the original plumber had to cut through a floor joist to install a standard 12" toilet. Dan suggested that we purchase a 10" to avoid cutting through the joist as the toilet had to be moved approx. 15".
We will definitely use "Below The Rim" again.

An excellent plumber who is polite, responsive, and fair. We called him at 2pm in the afternoon and our problems were resolved ay 5:30PM . I would recommend Bruce to anyone with no hesitation.
