Came at the appointed time with 2 helpers. Did everything I asked for thoroughly. (Installed tap & toilet and cleared and replaced a tightly clogged drain line). Went above and beyond by tightening a loose kitchen tap and getting a basement drain cover to fit properly. Charged less than originally quoted and dad jokes were free. I will be using him again if needed.

My husband and I contracted DC Basement and concrete to repair a broken sewer line and install a water jet back up sump pump. The work was completed professionally with attention to detail and our interests were at the forefront. We scheduled the job to coincide with my husbands vacation and the work was completed during that week as agreed.

During the month of July, our family had the unfortunate experience of our basement flooding in Tecumseh. We had used other companies in the past who sold us additional pumps, but no one was able to explain why we were experiencing the excessive volume of rain water in our sump pump pit. Pannunzio Drainage came to the rescue! They were able to use their cameras to diagnose and fix an external plumbing issue that no other company was able to find. We would highly recommend them to everyone!!!
