I would like to share my experience working with this company.
I called them to inspect my system and i found out that my furnace needed repair and it was better for me to change it. it was 30 years old and my gas bills were very high, Paul came by gave me a free estimate (the day after a called) , so i went with a new furnace,new air conditioning and new tankless water heater. i got almost $2000 back from the government in rebates for high efficiency products.

I called Paul- Very nice guy.
He answered all my questions and came by to give a free estimate.
He fixed my furnace fan(use to make strong sound when kick in to work)
Paul also installed AC for me.

The entire Cozy world team was great to work and would not hesitate to recommend them to any of my friends and family. When my furnace broke down I called them to give me a quote to replace my furnace they came right away as i had no heat in the middle of winter. They explained everything gave me the best price and service also took care of all the paperwork and warranty registration.

I didn't buy anything from the company but found the staff very helpful when I stopped to get directions after I got lost on my way to the Queen of Heart Cemetery. They were really kind and printed the directions for me. I believe if you became a customer, you would have no problems dealing with them at all.
