This company is one of the best for sure. Had an issue with a broken snake in toilet . Called Big Springs today and they came over same day and fixed the issue. Jason was very friendly and helpful.

Top notch customer service! I needed a battery replaced but unable to get my car boosted/started to get there. They offered to come to me to get it up and running so I could get it there. In the end it had to be towed. But they got the work done in record time as I had my vehicle back before the end of day. Thank you and your crew!

The first thing I liked about the service was having a human voice answer my call not like other companies who have a messaging service. Kris the owner kept me informed of the time he was to arrive and was prompt and on time. He was courtesy, skilled and knowledge. Kris got the repairs done in short order and did a through clean up. He even offered to help me plan out a cabin fall blow out. I would highly recommend this company.

My furnace went out in the coldest part of winter. These guys went above and beyond to get it repaired as quickly as possible, handling the warranty, and worked with me directly on the charges to make it as fair and pleasant experience as possible. The owner even came and did a site visit to discuss the project with me, which was unexpected and welcomed. Id give them 6 Stars if I could.

Very helpful, from office staff to the service technician. Excellent service quick to respond and rectify the problem with warranty on our Kitchenaid refrigerator.

Well I used them again, with my GE Stove, they came and diagnosed he problem I talked with GE, Avalanche sent their report to GE and a week later the part (free from GE) was shipped direct to Avalanche and was installed quickly and my stove is back up and running.
