Dream Team! Tom and his Paralegal were nothing but good to me. Showed me compassion and support when I was in need with nowhere to turn. Honest about the consequences of my actions and worked quickly to have everything resolved as quickly as possible. I really lucked out when I found my new Focus hatchback. I was out car shopping when I went to Northway because, why not? My friend and I were helped by Ashley who gave me amazing customer service. I never once felt pressured by her or any of the other reps. She was very helpful in finding the right car for me and allowed me to feel relaxed when making this big purchase decision. Both Ashley and Jaclyn were friendly and funny. I'll be back to see them for my next purchase!

To be sure, any used car will have an issue or two. Such has been the case with the last three vehicles I have bought from Sim at Five-Star. Every time something went amiss, Jim took it back in fixed it quick and without charge. Like I said. Three vehicles and still a customer.

As first time RVers we were not sure what we could tow behind our 2016 Dodge Caravan. Being young seniors we were so impressed with the R-Pod 190 we bought it on the spot.The sales service was fantastic and had us ready to roll by July 2018.They blinged out our Van with a trailer hitch and power brakes for trailer and electrical hookup.They made sure we understood everything before we left their yard. We went camping every weekend until October. We are so happy to deal with MsPhils..
