Overall a positive experience purchasing our first vehicle from a used dealer.
Note to buyers: Get an independent pre-purchase inspection!
We were assured the vehicle was in great working condition, only for our mechanic to find a major repair (cracked exhaust manifold) after listening to the car for 5 seconds.
Thankfully, Andreas and the Premier Auto team compensated us a portion of the bill (about 40%) as an apology for the inconvenience.
Learnt our lesson!

I just bought my very first Jeep Wrangler Sport!!! I am so happy with my Wrangler!
My salesman was Fawzi Yehya, he was very helpful and nice. I went in knowing I wanted a 2 door Wrangler, but needed help with designing it for me. Fawzi went through everything with me to help me decide what I wanted with my new Jeep, he took the time to make sure I was getting what I wanted. After that was the financing, that took time too! I got a flat tire December 17th evening, took the car in at opening 8am in hopes they could patch it. They got me in and fixed it right away! No charge. Amazing service, great staff. And they left me a flower on the dash. Nice touch! Thank you and I will definitely use Kal Tire again.

I would not buy my tires anywhere else. Karl tire price match, so you know you are getting the best price and their service is as good as it gets. I have had two recent experiences where Travis has saved me money, first I had torn the sidewalk of my tire and thought I’d have to replace it. Travis looked at it and said that it was fine. $180 saved there. Secondly, I’ve had trouble with my ABS. The guys diagnosed the fault for me free of charge. A1 service.

Absolutely a pleasure dealing with Gary and the staff at Hare Motors. The weather has been horrible and I was exhausted searching for vehicles under 10K ( been to a few dealerships throughout the lower mainland) I was referred by a friend to go check out Hare Motors in Surrey. Glad I did , Bought a 2019 Chevrolet Malibu for $300 a month. Having recently moved to the area and need of a new 4 wheel drive Yukon, I was pleasantly surprised that the folks at Eagle Ridge GMC were able to fix me up with a Yukon XL for a little bit less than what I had expected to pay for the the Yukon.
The sales staff was both thorough and friendly.
I must mention that I truly dread the experience of buying a new car. However, this time was a real pleasure. I got more than I expected.

Downtown Computer was such a great help in fixing my old computer and gathering my information into a memory drive. They were thoughtful and willing to help in anyway they could. The owner was so generous in providing me with a charger after finding out my old one was broken. I defiantly recommend his business and service! Don't hesitate in stopping by his shop and having them inspect your pc or mac, they will provide you with good insight and cost-saving resolutions like they did for me.

This Canadian Tire to say the least, is amazing. They have been instrumental in helping Waste Connections of Canada buy and donate 300 bikes to underprivileged children for Christmas this year. If it wasn't for the support of this store, I don't think we would have been able to supply as many bikes as we are to these great kids. We are so thankful for this store, their managers and the staff. They have amazing customer service & and very big hearts.

Bought a 2019 Ram 1500. I found them very easy to deal with with no pressure! With out even asking they gave me a really good deal which also included a 2 year warranty with Lubrico. After owning the truck I had a small leak in Radiator. With no questions asked they had it repaired. They also had the A/C topped up without even asking. I highly recommend Coast Way Auto to anyone who is looking for a reliable car at a reasonable price.
